Takenoko (Greek Version)

A board game for 2-4 players, ages 8+. Average duration 45'.
A long time ago in the Japanese imperial court, the Chinese emperor offered a giant panda bear as a symbol of peace to the Japanese emperor. Since then, the Japanese emperor assigned the members of the court (the players) the difficult task of caring for the animal, offering it his bamboo garden.

In Takenoko, players will cultivate plots, water them, and grow one of three types of bamboo (green, yellow, and pink) with the help of the imperial gardener to maintain this bamboo garden. They will have to endure the extreme hunger of this sacred animal for the juicy and tender bamboo. The player who manages their fields best, growing the most bamboo while feeding the panda's delicate appetite, will win the game.
