Asia Minor Disaster: 50 Questions and Answers

In 1922, the greatest disaster suffered by Hellenism occurred. For the first time after 3,000 years, Greek civilization stopped developing on one of the two coasts that gave birth to it.
Through 50 questions and answers soberly examined:
- a major national and international conflict
- the outbreak of National Schism
- the goals and major dilemmas of the protagonists
- our shortcomings and mistakes
- myths, misconceptions and oversimplifications
- the attitude of the great powers, who sought (of course) the satisfaction of their own and not our national interests
- the demands of the Turkish side and the methods it chose to achieve them from 1914 to 1922
- the effects of the Asia Minor Catastrophe.
The conclusions, especially the ones we don't like, are the minimum honor that befits the memory of those who were lost then, our own lost people.
