Talking to my father. An introduction to technofeudalism

In this book Yanis Varoufakis analyzes, in the form of a long letter to his father, how capitalism was murdered by something much worse that took its place. Capitalism was killed by capital itself! Not traditional capital (industrial machines, computers, etc.), but a mutation of capital: machines networked through "cloud computing" (a kind of "cloud-capital") that run algorithms designed to shape our consumer desires and satisfy directly, thus bypassing the two pillars of capitalism: Market and Profit.
