Shipping costs

We offer a flat domestic shipping service of 2.80 euros across Greece and a flat international shipping service of 49.99 euros for any destination outside of Greece. The shipping expenses are adjusted to zero in case any Domestic order’s total value exceeds 70 euros. In exceptional cases of particularly large volume or weight, additional shipping costs may arise, which will be added to the already existing total - In this case, you will be informed by phone about the details. In case of late cancellation of an order, that is, after it has been shipped, the customer is charged and must bear the shipping costs.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Our standard domestic shipping method will reach you in the next 1 to 3 business days after shipment verification while our international shipping will vary based on the parcel’s final destination.

Shipping restrictions

We reserve the option to decline service on specific regions that are not currently operating under normality or are located in remote/inaccessible territories.

Missing or lost package

All of our parcels are tracked and covered by insurance, so you may shop and feel confident under any circumstances. In such unfortunate and unexpected case please contact our support to resolve the issue.

Payment options

The following payment options are currently available to all customers.

- Option to settle the invoice through PayPal (crystallotus.eu@gmail.com)

- Option to settle the invoice through standard Credit or Debit card

- Option to settle the invoice with "Cash on Delivery", extra charges of 1.90 euros will apply for the service.

- Option to settle the invoice by standard wire transfer at the following bank account

- Option to settle the invoice locally at the store by choosing the "In-Store Pickup & Payment" option
